📦 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused, unassembled, and in its original condition and packaging.

Inclusive of all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

📩 Return Authorization & Address Contact cynthia@cybicsport.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

⚙️ 1-Year Limited Warranty CYBIC provides a 1-Year Warranty starting from the date of delivery:

Non-Human Damage: Covered for free repair services or replacement parts for manufacturing defects.

Human-Caused Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

❌ Non-Returnable & Deductions

Ineligible Returns: Customized items, clearance sales, gift cards, or bikes with major frame/crash damage or permanent modifications (e.g., cut steerer tubes, painted frames).

Restocking & Deductions: Minor scratches, missing tools, or installation marks on cranksets/pedals will incur a 10%–30% restocking or repair deduction.

🌍 EU Customers & Refund Processing

EU Right of Cancellation: EU customers have a 14-day statutory right to cancel/return for any reason.

Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will process to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the product is defective or mis-shipped. Trackable shipping is required.
