📦 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

1. Unused and unassembled (if applicable)

2. In its original condition and packaging

3. With all tags, manuals, and accessories included

4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🚲 Return Conditions for Bicycles
These conditions apply specifically to complete bicycles purchased from CYBIC.

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure:

1. The bike is returned in its original condition, without signs of use, scratches, or modifications.

2. The bike is properly disassembled and repackaged (for example, front wheel, handlebar, or pedals removed for safe shipping).

3. All original components (wheels, seat, pedals, brakes, derailleur, manuals, tools, etc.) are included.

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

1. There are major damages such as a broken or deformed frame, or signs of misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.

2. Permanent modifications were made (e.g., fork steerer tube cut, painted frame, protective film applied, serial numbers removed).

3. Bikes showing signs of crash impact or misuse will not be eligible for return.


⚙️ Partial Refunds or Deductions

If the product is returned with:

1. Minor scratches, missing parts, or packaging damage → a repair or restocking fee (10–30%) may apply.

2. Missing accessories or tools → the replacement cost will be deducted.

3. Installation marks on crankset, pedals, or tires → the item will be considered “used”, and only a partial refund may be issued.

4. CYBIC will determine the refund deduction amount based on the inspection results and product condition.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival 🧐.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at cynthia@cybicsport.com with photo or video evidence.

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


🚫 Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

1. Customized or personalized products

2. Sale or clearance items

3. Gift cards

4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

5. Used or assembled bicycles


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return first.
Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


🌍 EU Customers

For customers within the European Union 🇪🇺, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

⚠️ Additional Notes

1. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

2. Please use a trackable shipping method 📬 and provide tracking details — we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. CYBIC reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the policy is found to be misused or abused.

We recommend keeping your original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case a return is needed. 📦
