📦 Multiple Items in One Order
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.
You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment once it’s on its way.
🏠 Changing Your Shipping Address
To ensure fast delivery, we start processing your order immediately after it’s placed.
1. You can cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes after checkout.
2. Once the package has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
If an incorrect address was provided and results in a lost or undeliverable package, the customer will bear the loss, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

If you cancel an order more than 1 hour after placing it, and the shipment has already been processed, any return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
